Order processing times
For in stock items, all orders will be shipping within 1-2 business days.

USA shipping
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier. The actual transit time may vary. Standard shipping is typically in transit for 6-12 business days, but there may be carrier delays during the holiday season.

Unfortunately once the package has shipped, we are unable to refund shipping fees as the payment has been made to the postal carrier. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

UK and EU Shipping
For the UK and EU, we will use standard Shipping. Orders processed here will take 6-10 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Pre-ordering Policy
If you place an order with a pre-ordered item, your entire order will ship together once the pre-ordered item is available.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to truly love every piece from Mini Ritual. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at [email protected].
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items include:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized pieces
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- If you request a return label from us, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
