MVP-Three way tall fescue blend, good for almost any sunny location. One of the more tough and drought tolerant lawn varieties. A dense, green, fast-growing, and drought-tolerant blend is preferred in high-traffic areas. The tall fescue that is used for turf is ideally sown between August and September. In some regions, seeding might continue until October. Late April to early May is an additional window for sowing. The seed must mature completely before the scorching summers.
