The LEVELFIX CCL283G is a versatile 3D laser. With three 360º lines, 1 horizontal and 2 vertical, you can go in any direction. From setting out level lines to projecting a cross line on a wall, floor, or ceiling; the CCL283G makes it effortless and fast. 3x 360º green This laser uses cone technology. Because the beam is projected via a conical (cone) prism, you have a 360º level line. This means you don’t have to move your laser as much and you reduce the chance of measurement errors. But that’s not the only advantage of cone technology. Because only 1 laser diode is needed for a line all around, instead of a diode per separate line, this technology is also energy efficient. This allows you to work longer on a full battery. Easy positioning with the SmartBase The CCL283G has a handy positioning base; the SmartBase. What makes this base so handy is the unique turning mechanism. By turning the knob, you adjust the laser while the reference point remains in the same place. But that’s not all. Another handy feature of the SmartBase is the fold-out stop cams. When unfolded, they fall exactly over the edge of a tile, and when folded in, you can easily place the laser against framework. With the SmartBase, positioning and aligning your laser is child’s play. Self-leveling The laser levels itself thanks to a pendulum system. When the laser can no longer level itself, the line flashes to warn you. To protect the pendulum system during transport, secure the pendulum using the SmartLock function. In this position, the line does not flash when you tilt the laser. Useful if you want to set the laser at an angle, for example. Just make sure you check whether the line is level yourself. Smartphone control Unique to this laser is that you can control it remotely via the free LEVELFIX Connect app on your smartphone. Connect via Bluetooth and toggle lines on or off on your phone. This not only saves you walking back and forth but also reduces the chance of laser displacement through contact. Additionally, you’ll always have the manual handy in the app, should you need to review it. Removable Li-ion battery The CCL283G comes with a separate Li-ion battery. You have the option of purchasing a spare battery, so that your work never has to stop due to an empty battery. Have you forgotten to charge your spare battery? Even then, there is nothing to worry about. Thanks to the Work&Charge function, you can simply charge the battery while you use the laser. This allows you to work endlessly with the CCL283G. The CCL283G can now also be used with 18V batteries from DEWALT, Makita, Bosch, and Milwaukee using the LEVELFIX X18V Smart Battery Adapter. These adapters are sold separately.
